. On Bibles the total amount needed is $525
. On Bread the total amount needed is $350
. On Turkeys we ask that you give what you can and we will
apply it towards that cost. Truck rental to pick them up
is additional $80.
Suggestions:
*Many churches find it easier to focus on one or two items
and try to take care of an item totally. (Example: Sherwood
Oaks has a Yam & Cran Jam and really have fun with it.)
Please let us know if you want to take an item so we can
let others know.
*Some churches prefer to collect money and buy all the items
at one time. We have found that Aldi's has the best price
around but you need to order the items a week in advance.
If you would like Backstreet will order them and pick them
up, all we ask is advance notice.
*Most churches collect food and take an offering for turkey
expenses.
