■  400 families applied for Thanksgiving food baskets.

■  123 families had received help last year.
    The rest were new families to the program. 

■  Families with 7 or more people doubled to 52 this year.

■  Baskets were delivered to 36 families who were not able to pick
     them up at 300 Opportunity Lane on Sat. Nov. 19th.

■  Families received turkeys, bread, Bibles and 11 menu items.

■  This is a united effort between Backstreet and many area
    churches to provide enough food for this outreach.
