Backstreet Missions, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping the homeless and hurting with practical helps and sharing with them the love of Jesus Christ. The Mission primarily serves south central Indiana.

Q: How are you able to feed a family of 4 for $763 per month ($2.05 per meal)?
A: Due to the large volume of people that we serve in our community, we are able to take advantage of purchasing programs that allow us to get lower pricing on the food and supplies that we need for our ministry. We also get a much-needed assistance through donations of food and funds from the community. The Mission receives no government funding.
